InnoCORE Postdoctoral Fellow Position

🔎The LEE Research Group at KAIST (led by Prof. Sangho Lee) is seeking highly motivated candidates for the InnoCORE Postdoctoral Fellow position under the Sustainable Materials Institute for Post-AI Era (SMI-PAI).

🔬Research Areas

Functional oxide thin film growth and epitaxy
(2D material-based) Semiconductor device fabrication and analysis
Monolithic 3D (M3D) integration
Advanced semiconductor packaging

📌Position Details

Title: InnoCORE Postdoctoral Fellow
Location: KAIST, Daejeon, South Korea
Annual Salary: KRW 90,000,000 (inclusive of statutory insurance and benefits)
Contract Duration: Up to 4.5 years (renewed annually based on performance)
Start Date: After May 1, 2026 (flexible and negotiable)

✅Qualifications & Preferences

Ph.D. obtained within the past 5 years
Background in Materials Science and Engineering or a related field
Preference for candidates from top-tier universities in the U.S., Canada, or Europe
Strong publication record in leading journals is highly desirable
